Vanessa Bruno's Spring 2013 collection was a mash up of masculine jackets and cotton eyelet dresses with a Victorian flare.
WWD reported that Ms. Bruno recently curated a selection of antiques and vintage clothes for a Paris Design Week event, so it was not a surprise that a Victorian influence ran through her show. This influence included high-collared blouses, fitted jackets with hook-and-eye closures and paints with laurel-leaf embroidery.
