The BRELLIs now provide 99% UVA/UVB/UVC protection, they are 40 mph wind resistant, and biodegradable (within 5 years) in aerobic and anaerobic landfills. It is the world's first biodegradable umbrella!

The BRELLIs are handmade in Thailand by expert craftsmen and are produced with BRELLIX film (a transparent biodegradable PVC), and the strongest and lightest bamboo in the world. These together create the remarkable strength and durability of the BRELLIs. The BRELLIX film (made in USA) is produced in several transparent colors -- from clear, pink, navy, sienna, and grey, to prints. Today, all of BRELLIX's transparent film colors are 99% UV protective. The canopy offers vision to the landscape, superior protection from the elements, and is a brilliant evolutionary leap forward from the dark alternative...the black nylon umbrella.
