Tara's Elegance Launches Model Search

The team at Tara's Elegance announced the launch of a modeling competition for women between the ages of 14 and 30. Hopeful models can upload their photos via a special contest application on Facebook between now and Dec. 27, 2012. The winners will receive prizes valued at more than $4,000.

The Tara's Elegance modeling contest is designed to identify promising new models and to offer these women the opportunity to work with fashion industry professionals. Tara's Elegance Facebook fans will vote on contest entrants, choosing 10 models to move onto the live competition in Idaho's Lewis Clark Valley. The finalists will receive professional modeling coaching offered by industry experts in order to prepare them for their runway debut.

Hopeful models from all 50 states and the District of Columbia are encouraged to enter the modeling contest. Models who hold exclusive contracts may not enter as they may be subject to breach of contract for participating in the contest. While fashion models from around the nation can enter the contest, modeling coaching and the Tara's Elegance fashion show will be held in the greater Lewis Clark Valley area. To participate in the contest, models must submit a full-body shot of themselves in a semi-formal outfit via the contest app on Facebook. Hopeful models must be able to wear premium jeans in sizes 2 to 6 and should have bright personalities. The winner of the contest will have the opportunity to represent Tara's Elegance in advertising and in fashion shows.
