Having both studied and worked at prestigious Central Saint Martins and the Royal College of Art in London, Maki and Marcus first met while working in a design studio where their shared passion for everything avant-garde laid the foundation for the label.

Aminaka Wilmont has captured the hearts of fashion critics and buyers alike since emerging with their label in 2007 and have subsequently won a multitude of international prizes and acclaim for their work.
