LaVie Couture Launches New Line of Handbags

LaVie Couture is a luxury handbag collection, designed by Vanessa Masters, that fuses fashion with functionality. The line strives to give women chic and stylish bags made of the best quality but at an affordable price point.

The collection inspiration is drawn from the Designer’s travel and lifestyle experiences as a businesswoman. As an on-the-go jetting-setting entrepreneur, Masters recognized a gap in the market for handbags that integrate style with purpose. In the business world, she noticed a lot of women carrying both a designer handbag along with their laptop case. She identified with this and found it to be inconvenient, bulky and oftentimes frustrating. Determined to find a solution, she wanted combine the best of both worlds and fuse necessity with style. Masters began conceptualizing and crafting a line of bags that met functional needs. This factor, coupled with her astute business sense and enthusiasm for fashion, led way to her line.

The introductory collection consists of eight styles that include clutches, a laptop bag, a weekender duffle bag, shoulder bag, shoulder clutch and an oversized evening clutch. Opulent leathers and faux-crocodile are adorned with gold-plated hardware and embellishments. All of the bags are lined with custom-constructed suede of varying colors that pay homage to the Designer’s culture. Each LaVie Couture piece is hand-made and well conceived with elaborate compartments, intricate design details and relevant style.
