Kelly Osbourne Goes on a Twitter Rant About Her $250K Manicure

Kelly Osbourne created quite a stir with her $250k manicure she got for Sunday night's Emmy Awards.  Fans reacted negatively taking offense to her black diamond nails.  Kelly Osbourne took to Twitter to apologize and try to make things right.

"I see that my nail polish has offended some of you, however I see your point, but it was a once in a lifetime experience," Osbourne tweeted on Wednesday along with the hashtag #MyApologizes.
