J. Press York Street Opens on Bleecker St.

J. Press York Street opened on Bleecker Street this past weekend. J. Press York Street is the updated collection of preppy classics by Shimon and Ariel Ovadia of Ovadia & Sons.

Shimon Ovadia, who serves as creative director for the collection with his twin brother, said the unit will have an official opening after New York Fashion Week. "We didn't even realize it had opened," he said at the label's fall presentation Sunday at the Explorers Club in Manhattan.

Ovadia told WWD that he and his brother have extended their relationship with J.Press for another two seasons. J. Press York Street is carried in the J. Press stores in the U.S. and Japan.
