Haider Ackermann RTW Spring 2013

The zombie-like models walked the runway at Haider Ackermann's RTW Spring 2013 collection. Luckily the clothes outshined the forlorn and excruciating presentation, as reported by WWD.  

Downersville was not Ackermann’s stated intention. “I just didn’t want this violence of brights or this orgy of colors,” he said. “I just wanted to be very calm. It was serene.”  And serene it was.  Ackermann stuck to a palette of black, gray, brown and white.  His beautiful tailoring and chic layering resulted in a sleek and alluring collection despite the lack of color.
