Watch out Harlem: the kahkis are coming! That is Gap's khakis. The brand announced they are opening a Factory Store on 125th Street on February 8th. The new store will open on the same block as sister store Old Navy and is taking over the space previously occupied by Lazarus for Kids at 264 West 125th Street.
The announcement follows the news that Whole Foods will be opening in Harlem, in addition to Lenox Lounge losing their lease to the Myriad Restaurant Group, the company behind Nobu.
