Big Idea Brands, LLC and Flow Society, a big player in lacrosse apparel, announced that it has appointed Carlos Vazquez to the position of Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Vazquez will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of all aspects of the Company, including Design, Sales, Production and Marketing.
Mr. Vazquez has been with Flow Society since its inception in 2009 and has been an integral part of the Company's success. Prior to joining Flow Society, Carlos owned and managed Trendsetter Design and Sales, Inc., a sales and design agency that brought many nationally known brands to market. From 2000 to 2005, Mr. Vazquez served as Executive Vice President/National Sales Manager at Billant Apparel, Benvin Industries, Baby Phat/Aris Industries, and Fubu Ladies/Jordache, responsible for sales, marketing and operations. He also founded Outkast Clothing in 2000. Prior to Outkast, he worked at Tommy Hilfiger Jeans as Account Executive. Mr. Vazquez started his career in the fashion industry by working at Saks Fifth Avenue and Lord & Taylor as planner/buyer.
