Fashion Photo of the Day 9/29/12 - Olivia Wilde

Olivia Wilde arrived at the NYC premiere of her new film Butter in this crisp white Alexander McQueen dress accented with Guiseppe Zanotti gold pumps and McQueen clutch.

 

Although Ms. Wilde looks beautiful, I would have loved this dress more in July - the gold and white combo feels too summery to me.  I am usually not bothered by white after labor day, especially in the form of someone as beautiful and put together as Ms. Wilde, but I can't help but wonder why she didn't opt for a deep green hue or a bold blue for fall?  That being said, the silhouette is stunning on her and I love her smokey eyes and nude lip.
