J. Mendel did an exceptional job with design and construction. The pattern is stunning and the color on Ms. Adams could not be more flattering. And as we have all learned from Project Runway, silk chiffon is so not easy to work with. But the piping detail, dropped waist, sheer sleeves and sheer back (not pictured) make this dress intriguing and a little sexy while still maintaing it's elegance. And anyone else really into the tea-length hems that have been everywhere lately? Because I am!
