Dear Katy Perry, I am steeling your whole outfit.  Thank you, Me.

 

Are you not as obsessed with this YSL dress on Katy as I am?  She looks elegant and sexy all at once, which is not easy to do.  

 

I love the emerald green color with the beading detail and regal collar necklace.  The cinching at the waist draws your eyes in and up to show off Perry's gorgeous figure.  Add the high slit and sexy heels and you have yourself a winner.  

 

Perry, known for looking great on the red carpet, takes it to a whole new level with this YSL dress and I am definitely green with envy.
