The Duchess stepped out in London in an emerald green silk dress by Mulberry.  Known for her her style, elegance and grace, The Duchess re-wears dresses without batting a beautiful eyelash.  

 

She wore this same dress last year at a reception at Buckingham Palace to launch Queen Elizabeth II’s Jubilee celebrations.  But what makes it different this year are her much buzzed about bangs!!  Yes, Catherine the Duchess of Cambridge is sporting a new hairstyle and color.  Her shiny locks are always one of her best accessories and I wouldn't be surprised if women in London rush to the salon to follow suit.
