Anne Hathaway Carries Jill Milan Clutch for London Premiere

Actress Anne Hathaway carried Jill Milan's 450 Sutter clutch while in London for the world premiere of her upcoming film "Les Miserables." Jill Milan, a provider of luxury designer Italian handbags, said Ms. Hathaway carried the handmade clutch to the after party following the December 5 premiere of "Les Miserables," which opens December 25.

"We are delighted that Anne has chosen to carry her Jill Milan clutch to events leading up to the 'Les Miserables' opening, and she has looked great at all of them," said Jill Fraser, co-founder and CEO of Jill Milan. "The 450 Sutter complemented her dress perfectly."

Earlier this week Ms. Hathaway carried Jill Milan's Holland Park Clutch to the after party for a New York screening of "Les Miserables," and last summer she carried Jill Milan to New York and London premieres of her film "The Dark Knight Rises."

Jill Milan clutches have also been the choice of other celebrities for recent red-carpet appearances. Carrie Underwood carried the Jill Milan Holland Park Clutch to the CMT Artists of the Year awards earlier this week and attended last month's American Music Awards carrying the 450 Sutter Clutch on the red carpet and the New Canaan Clutch at the ceremony. Actress Rachel Nichols carried the 450 Sutter to the premiere of her movie "Alex Cross" and Eva Longoria carried the Art Deco Clutch to the "Desperate Housewives" wrap party.

Jill Milan clutches have also caught the eyes of fashion media in recent months. W Magazine featured the Holland Park Clutch in its September issue and the 450 Sutter Clutch in its September trends supplement. W also highlighted the Art Deco Clutch in its April issue's "Most Wanted" feature. The Zoe Report recently recognized the Newbury Street Portfolio for its ability "to go from the office to cocktail hour." And The Knot featured the Art Deco Clutch as part of a striking ensemble in its Winter 2012 Weddings Magazine.
